Veronica started in Optimum’s Employee Benefits Department in 2010 where she is currently a director and operational manager to the team of account managers.

She acts as participating employer liaison to the service providers (consulting to the participating employer and funds); provides member education sessions; risks re-broke on fund and market surveys in relation to comparative benefits; provides advice on cost benefits; manages annual benefits with members; ensures that medical underwriting requirements are met; assists with consolidation of funds when necessary; works with the investment consultants in providing investment advice and information to members; consults on retirement benefits and assists members with completing documents if necessary.

Veronica completed various course and has an industry related certificate RE5 representative exam through Moonstone and she is busy furthering her studies currently.

Veronica plays a vital role in the Optimum Employee Benefits team. The fact that she is fluent in six languages (English, Afrikaans, Setswana, Zulu, Sepedi and Xhosa) makes her an indispensable member of the Optimum Employee Benefits team.
