Optimum is offering free Vitality assessments to all Discovery Vitality members - right in the comfort of your own office. Choose from:
Vitality Health Check – blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, BMI, and non-smoker declaration (HIV screening optional). Vitality Points: Up to 22 500
Vitality Fitness Assessment – cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility test. Vitality Points: Up to 10 000
Dietitian Consultation – personalised nutrition advice (optional). Vitality Points: 1 000
Appointments are approximately 30 minutes per person, conducted by Vitality-accredited clinicians.
